Greco – Pètillant Naturel

This Pet-Nat is made from a field blend of Chardonnay, Viognier, and Riesling and was made in the traditional ancestral method; the oldest production style for sparkling wine. Minimal winemaking intervention is employed as this wine is unfiltered and unfined with low amounts of sulfites added. Sediment and haze are normal adding layers of complexity in the finished wine.
